Refund & Return Policy

At Sulotjersey, we are committed to providing high-quality personalized jerseys and a reliable shopping experience. Please carefully review our return and refund policy before placing your order.

Customized Products

Customized products are specially made according to each customer's requirements, including player name, number, and selected size.

Due to the personalized nature of these products, customized items are generally not eligible for returns or refunds for reasons including:

  • Incorrect size selection by the customer

  • Incorrect player name or number information provided by the customer

  • Change of mind

  • Personal preference after receiving the product

Customers are responsible for carefully checking all customization details before completing checkout.

If a customized product has a manufacturing defect, arrives damaged, or the mistake was caused by Sulotjersey, we will provide a replacement or refund solution after verification.


Standard Product Returns

For non-customized products, customers may request a return within 7 days after receiving the order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and unworn

  • The product must remain in its original condition

  • Customers must provide the reason for return and supporting evidence, such as photos or videos when applicable

Return shipping responsibility:

If the issue is caused by Sulotjersey:

  • Incorrect item shipped

  • Manufacturing defect

  • Fulfillment error

Sulotjersey will cover the return shipping cost.

If the issue is caused by the customer:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Ordering mistake

  • Personal preference

The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.


Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders

We carefully inspect every order before shipment.

If your order is:

  • Lost during transportation

  • Damaged during shipping

  • Incorrectly fulfilled

  • Affected by a manufacturing issue

please contact us within 7 days after delivery.

Please provide:

  • Order number

  • Photos or videos of the issue

  • A description of the problem

After verification, we will provide a refund or replacement solution.


Order Changes & Cancellation

Because customized products enter production shortly after purchase, please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your order.

Once customization or production has started, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
